Trailing houseplants can be so tempting but toxic to one's pets, but not to worry about Amigo Marcello!
Available in store
CloseSo many of the more popular trailing houseplants are harmful to pets if ingested, it's a pleasant surprise to find one that is not. Peperomia 'Amigo Marcello' has fleshy pointed leaves that can vary in color from a pale to deep green, depending upon the amount of light it receives. Mounding to less than a foot tall, 'Amigo Marcello' trails beautifully to at least 12 inches, but could grow longer. The amount of light determines how quickly a peperomia reaches its maximum size, but it prefers a well-lit room and higher humidity than is found in most homes.
