Japanese Spurge is not a very inspiring name for a truly attractive, reliable evergreen plant, and 'Green Sheen' is all that and more. Highly glossy, green lobed leaves form a dense ground cover and works well in those hard to cover areas under mature trees, where grass just won't grow. It is a relatively fast grower, spreading by underground runners, and once established, can miss a watering or two. 'Green Sheen' prefers protection from the hot afternoon sun, and performs well in deep shade.
