An easy trick when planting your fall and winter basket

We've been having fun hosting all kinds of Garden Rebels at the Planting Bar. The big rush? They're planting for the fall and winter. The big hang up? Where to begin. Here though, is a look behind the scenes: It's our first Design Principle.

    Hi Charlie!
Great question and I’m glad you asked. That’s why I struggled a bit to decide which layout would be in the long run the best view. In the end it was a non issue because I should be able to see all the different colors as the season goes on. It doesn’t work always so it’s a good thing to keep in mind. Garden On!

I understand those principles if you are looking down at basket like you demonstrated. How do they work if it is a hanging basket? I do not think there is as much impact if you are looking at it sideways.
