Creeping thyme - perfect spilling over retaining walls, between stepping stones, or in hanging baskets, with that delightful fragrance!

CloseGround covers are often an afterthought when gardeners are planning their landscapes, not realizing how beneficial they can be, aesthetically and from a practical standpoint. White Creeping Thyme adds fragrance to the garden, attracts beneficial pollinators, and forms a dense enough mat to suppress weeds, so it's a perfect addition to borders, retaining walls, or between pavers. We like using it in hanging baskets and container planters as a trailer, where its fragrance and cute white summer blooms can be enjoyed. Evergreen in warmer climates, White Creeping Thyme is drought tolerant once established, and may disappear during Pacific NW winters, but it comes back readily in the spring.
