Call it Chinese Sedum, Chinese Stonecrop, or Fish Scale Sedum, this round-leafed succulent is a great ground cover for those sunny dry areas that may miss a watering occasionally. Bright yellow flowers emerge in summer, then green foliage takes on reddish tones in the fall. Semi-evergreen in warmer winter climates, the stems may lose some leaves, but this sedum will send out roots at its tips, forming dense, overlapping mats.
