CloseStonecrops are so named for their ability to grow in gravelly, less-than-ideal soil, and this sedum is no exception. Afgani, or gray stonecrop sports unique, toothed blue-green rosettes that form a mat that can hug the ground or trail over rockeries and retaining walls. Small white flowers emerge in late spring to early summer. This sedum will die back with fall freezes but may weather milder winters with a bit of brown out.
