CloseIt's always exciting to bring in yet another salvia to the nursery, and 'Ember's Wish' is one worthy of attention. This tender perennial grows big, as in three to four feet tall and three feet wide, forming a somewhat open shrub with glossy green leaves. Showy spikes of orange/coral flowers start appearing in late spring and keep on going right up until freeze. This would be spectacular on its own in a large patio container planter, planted in the ground in borders, or as a seasonal focal point for a smaller garden. 'Ember's Wish' Sage thrives in the heat, and its bright blooms will attract bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds.
