You might know of the Periwinkle plant and how amazing a ground cover it can be. It's sister plant, the White Periwinkle, is just as amazing with white flowers instead of blue or purple. Use it for erosion control on a hillside or to fill in a bare area quickly. It also works extremely well on the edge of a container as a year round trailer. Drought tolerant once established, white periwinkle is also snubbed by deer, making it a tough, reliable ground cover.
