Verbena 'Empress Flair Delft Blue'

There is something of a disconnect between growers' definition of blue and the home gardener's understanding of that color, so right up front, we agree that this variety's flowers lean toward a lavender color rather than true blue. 'Empress Flair Delft Blue' will add large clusters of white and lavender flowers to the summer garden, and the sunnier the spot, the better. Bees love the flowers, and the plant is a great filler for container planters, creating mounds of greenery that will semi-trail if placed at the edge of the container.
