An early-season, June-bearing strawberry, developed in a collaboration between the Oregon Agricultural Experiment Station, Oregon State University, and Washington State University - a true Pacific NW wonder!
Product Description
Product Description
Developed in the Pacific NW, 'Sweet Sunrise' may become a favorite among June-bearing strawberries, with high yields of dark-red, medium-to-large-sized berries. Released in 2014, 'Sweet Sunrise' is an early producer, often starting in late May and continuing into early June. Plant this variety with later bearing strawberries, such as 'Mary's Peak,' or everbearing varieties for an extended harvest season.
