Jurassic Velociraptor Ribbon Fern does have a somewhat primal look with ribbon-like fronds forming dense, upright clumps. Technically an evergreen, this fern will maintain its lush good looks in warmer climates, and does equally well as a year-round houseplant. Tolerant of full shade in the summer garden, this fern does well at the middle of the border, interspersed with other shade-loving plants.
