In the past, we've used the terms azalea pot and seed pan pot interchangeably, and we have yet to find a definition of either. Compared to standard terracotta pots, both have a broader base and a lower profile. These work well for succulents, shallow-rooted annuals, some herbs, and even vegetables such as lettuce.
