Philodendron 'Shangrila' 1 Gallon

Given optimal growing conditions, Monsteras can indeed become huge and frankly, monstrous, with long trailing air roots and an almost vining shape. Many indoor gardeners don't have room for such exuberant growth, but crave that tropical vibe. Shangri-La Philodendron should fill the bill but with a much smaller, denser profile. Deeply cut, glossy leaves can grow to a foot long, but the overall size of this philodendron stays around two to three feet tall and three to four feet wide. While preferring a well-lit room, Shangri-La can tolerate lower light, but its growth will be much slower. Water deeply when the top inch of soil is dry, and even less in the winter. Keep this one out of the mouths of pets, as it will cause gastric distress.
