African daisies are always a welcome addition to the summer garden, filling container planters, hanging baskets, and garden borders with large daisy-like flowers. 'Blue-eyed Beauty' has cheery yellow petals that contrast beautifully with the violet ring that surrounds the darker eye. Lots of sun and good drainage will keep this annual happy all summer long, and deadheading will help extend its season. Though fairly cold tolerant, it doesn't like our wet winters and is treated as an annual here in the Pacific NW.
