Nemesia 'Sunsatia Blood Orange' 4 Inch

Inevitably, when visitors to the nursery first see nemesia, they don't know what it is but they absolutely have to get some. Sunsatia Blood Orange has flowers in varying shades of orange, red, and yellow that have been compared to miniature orchids or snap dragons, and spreads nicely into a mound about a foot tall. Nemesia is a wonderful companion plant in hanging baskets and container planters, filling out any bare spaces while also showing off its own intriguing blooms. Deadheading is not necessary with Sunsatia varieties, but removing the spent blooms will keep things tidy. Nemesia can tolerate the lower temps of early spring and will keep blooming throughout the summer, but it may prefer some shade during the hottest time of day.
