To some, Forget-Me-Not is a weed, self-sowing at the drop of a hat, and appearing where it isn't necessarily wanted. For others, it is a low-maintenance, low-growing perennial that adds cheeriness to the spring garden with its small mounds of fuzzy green foliage and tiny, yellow-eyed blue flowers. We of course, are in the latter camp, and think you'll agree that this 'Bluesylva' Forget-Me-Not is a charming addition that ensures its return through self-sowing. Plant it at the front of the border or in container planters as a filler. It does better with protection from late afternoon sun, and does surprisingly well in slightly boggy spots. Add it to cottage or woodland gardens where its self-sowing ability will be appreciated. Don't want it to spread? Simply cut off the flower stalks once they're done blooming.
