We typically think of Black-eyed Susans as being primarily yellow, but 'Graffiti Scarlet' is ultimately about red shades. Frankly, we were thrown off initially by the yellow-tipped petals, but after a few days in the sun, everything had morphed to red. And sunlight is the key, as rudbeckias need full sun - at least six hours per day - to look and grow their best.
