In its natural environment, the Kangaroo Paw fern grows on trees under a high canopy of taller vegetation, with all-day filtered light and fairly regular water. Thus, as an indoor plant, it grows best with lots of indirect light, higher humidity, and regular watering (but not soggy roots). A good home might be a sunny kitchen or bathroom where the humidity is usually higher, on a shelf or in a hanging basket. The long thin fronds will eventually drape beautifully over the edges.
