For whatever reason, Spanish lavender seems to take a back seat to its English lavender cousins, yet its blooms are just as fragrant and are cuter than "regular" lavender spikes, and pollinators love them. 'Anouk' typically grows 12" - 18" tall, so this tree version probably won't get any taller, but it can certainly gain in the size of the topiary ball. Keep the spent flowers trimmed, and there may be a secondary flush of flowers in early summer or fall. If you choose to keep your topiary shape small, use the trimmings in potpourris or for flavoring beverages.
