Lavandula 'Edelweiss'

As connoisseurs of lavender plants can tell you, not all lavenders are created equal, and 'Edelweiss' is a standout for its highly fragrant white flowers. This variety forms rounded mounds of silvery green foliage, two to three feet tall and about as wide, bearing tall stalks of white flowers anywhere from mid-summer to early fall.
