Named 'Little Ragu' for its smaller, more compact size, this bay laurel can handle our Pacific NW weather, providing flavorful, aromatic leaves for cooking, and is an attractive evergreen shrub/small tree as well. Left to its own devices, 'Little Ragu' can grow into an upright shrub, six to ten feet tall and wide, but takes well to pruning and is an excellent topiary subject, in the ground or in large containers.
