Staying low but spreading wide, the silvery blue foliage has a year-round presence, perfect for covering hillsides or cascading over retaining walls. We find it an attractive trailer for year-round hanging baskets and container planters as well. Deer- and rabbit-resistant, 'Blue Chip' juniper is drought tolerant once established, so it requires little maintenance.
