Product Description
Product Description
Panicle hydrangeas are generally large in size and are able to thrive in full sun. While 'Quick Fire' can reach six to eight feet tall and wide, 'Little Quick Fire' averages three to five feet in height and width, positively diminutive by comparison. Small enough to grow in large container planters, this panicle hydrangea can also serve as a specimen-sized shrub for smaller gardens or even as a seasonal low-growing hedge.
Although we tend to think of hydrangeas as shade tolerant, 'Little Quick Fire's' blooms will remain white and not take on pink tones if it gets too much shade. The flowers are excellent in cut-flower arrangements and dry well. Blooms emerge from new growth, so any pruning should be done in late winter or early spring.
