While we are confident this is a Hoya australis, we unfortunately cannot identify the specific variety. What we can tell you is that it will vine or climb with support, and often will bloom when given sufficient light.  

Product Description

Consider pairing this Wax Vine with other hoyas or even succulents for a fun, lush planter. Train this Hoya Australis up a decorative support (heart-shaped? Circular? How about a small obelisk?) and plant other hoya varieties around the base to trail over the sides of the pot. They all need the same growing conditions - lots of indirect light (the more the better for flower production), deep but infrequent watering, well-draining soil, and a bit higher than normal humidity - so what keeps one variety happy should make them all grow their best. This would also be a pet-friendly planter, but best to keep the trailing stems out of the mouths of curious pets (or humans), for the plants would suffer.
