Heuchera 'Ruby Bells'

There are generally two different schools of thought when it comes to Coral Bells - those who prefer to remove the flower stalks and those who wish to keep them. 'Ruby Bells' heuchera is one whose dainty red flowers even the "remove them" folks would be willing to keep. Fragrant magnets for hummingbirds and bees, they rise above the compact evergreen foliage from late spring into early summer, adding a delightful spot of color to hanging baskets, container planters, and garden borders. This particular cultivar can handle a fair amount of sun, but may do best with a bit of shade late in the afternoon.
