Hebe Surf Break

We've carried other variegated Hebes before, but this 'Surf Break' is unusual in that the variegated leaves emerge a stunning purplish-pink before maturing to a cream and green. It also has pink flowers in the summer that may last well into the fall. On the petite side for Hebes, 'Surf Break' stays under two feet tall and wide, making it an excellent candidate for container planters, hanging baskets, and those random corners of the garden where a spot of color is needed. Hebes do best in sunny locations with well-draining soil, and eventually become drought-tolerant. Hummingbirds and pollinators love the pink flowers, as do humans!
