Product Description

We seem to be having warmer winters here in Western Oregon, so this fall rebel basket that includes evergreens, perennials, and summer annuals may last well into the winter. Quicksilver Hebe will ride out the cold months with ease, sending out lilac flowers in the spring, while the variegated Marjorie Channon Pittosporum may need a bit of shelter. The perennial salvia may have time to bloom again before it dies back, and will return to bloom again next year. We've seen Silver Falls dichondra last through the winter, although we expected it to die with the freeze - hope springs eternal! When winter does its work, consider replacing the dichondra with evergreen vinca for trailers, and pop in winter blooming annuals to brighten this basket until spring.
