Autumnale' fuchsia is a remarkable trailer and filler for shade-loving summer baskets, sporting gold and green leaves veined with reddish/orangey/purplish veins. Gardeners are so taken with the foliage, they often overlook the red and purple flowers that bloom in the summer into the fall. The only drawback to this fuchsia is that it is a tender perennial and will most likely die with the first fall frost.
