Echinacea 'Supreme Cantaloupe'

'Supreme Cantaloupe' Coneflower is one-of-a-kind among the echinacea family with flowers exactly the color of a ripe cantaloupe. Flowers rise slightly higher than the upright foliage that can grow to over two feet tall. With time, this perennial will form a clump about 18" wide, covered in flowers throughout the summer. Orange flowers start out looking like gerbera daisies then slowly morph into the classic coneflower shape with the prominent eye and downward petals. Bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds love the long lasting flowers. Coneflowers are low-maintenance perennials that return year after year, adding color to the summer garden.
