Echinacea Sombrero® 'Summer Solstice'

Like all coneflowers, 'Summer Solstice' is a low-maintenance, colorful addition to any sunny garden. Returning year after year, this echinacea bears sunny yellow flowers with a white ring surrounding the eye, from late spring up until frost. Large, eye-catching blooms top clumps of clean green foliage 18 to 20 inches tall and up to two feet wide, providing a great focal point for container planters, as well as putting on a show in borders and mass plantings. Drought tolerant once established and not a favorite of deer, coneflowers are great in cut flower gardens or dry spots in the garden.
