Crassula swaziensis 'Variegata'

In the same family as Jade plants, this crassula has a vastly different profile from its cousins. Cream and green rosettes, often tinged in pink, grow on thick stems, creating a dense clump of foliage ranging in size from three to ten inches tall. Indoors, this Variegated Money Maker plant (no, we don't know where that name came from) will need a well-lit room with no direct sun and infrequent but deep watering. It can live outdoors in the summer but will need shade during the hottest time of day to prevent scorching. Given the right conditions, it may send up white flower clusters in the fall/winter. This is a fairly low-maintenance houseplant - beware overwatering, and keep out of reach of chewing pets.
