Calibrachoa 'Minifamous Vampire'

We have had customers seek out this Million Bells specifically because of its name, then fall in love with the deep red blooms that keep on going from late spring right into the fall. Mounding up to 10 inches tall, 'Vampire' will trail nicely over the edge of hanging baskets and container planters, but it can also be used in sunny garden borders for a splash of red. Full sun, regular, water, and periodic fertilizing will keep this calibrachoa looking good all season long. If 'Vampire' gets a bit scraggly looking in late summer, give it a light haircut to encourage regrowth and more flowers. If the foliage looks good but the blooms disappear, look for signs of budworm (small green to tan worms, black "dots" on the leaves) and treat with a foliar spray.
