Wax begonias are one of those easy-going summer annuals in the Pacific NW, tolerating sun or partial shade, is drought tolerant in the ground (once established), and blooms all summer long. 'Doublet® Red' Begonia is a standout with clusters of dainty, double-petaled, red flowers starting in late spring and continuing all summer. Forming a dense mound of thick, fleshy leaves about a foot tall and wide, this variety is perfect for borders, mass plantings, container planters and hanging baskets.
