Peruvian lilies are so orchid-like in appearance, many folks are surprised that 1) they're perennials, returning year after year, and 2) they aren't that tough to grow. Colorita® Claressa alstroemeria is a great addition to mixed container planters, providing white blooms in the summer and into the fall, and almost iridescent, variegated foliage. Hummingbirds and pollinators love the flowers as much as humans. Rather than cutting the stems to bring flowers indoors, simply pluck the whole stem out, and more will follow.
