The delicate green fronds on black stems of Mairis's Maidenhair fern have a wonderful airiness and texture, making it a great addition to shade borders or container planters. It disappears in the fall, but will return in the spring.
Product Description
Product Description
Maidenhair ferns add a distinctive, airy look to shade gardens from spring until late fall, and are a great addition to garden borders and container planters. Wider than it is tall at maturity, Mairis's maidenhair fern's lacy fronds will drape over the edges of hanging baskets and container planters, but will go dormant when the temps drop. Don't want to see it go away? Consider growing it indoors year-round with moderate to high indirect light, regular water, and a bit higher humidity, especially when the heat kicks on.
