This fern has the signature profile of maidenhair ferns, with new fronds emerging a rosy pink before maturing to green. Deciduous when grown outdoors, it's evergreen indoors.

Product Description

Those who appreciate the arching, airy profile of maidenhair ferns may want to consider getting this Rough Maidenhair fern, also known as Rosy Maidenhair. The minute hairs that line the stems and the rosy pink color of newly emerging fronds are the sources of the common names for this indoor/outdoor specimen. Decidious if grown in the outdoor shade garden and evergreen indoors, this fern prefers higher humidity and should be watered whenever the top soil begins to dry out, but it needs a fair amount of indirect light to thrive. If grown outdoors, it does best in all-day dappled sun or morning sun and afternoon shade.
