This variety can form a surprisingly large shrub, four feet tall and two to four feet wide. It does well in large container planters which makes it easier to move this flowering maple into a sheltered location in the winter. Unique lantern-shaped flowers are typically salmon colored with darker veins. A sun lover, this abutilon will add a wonderful contrast of color to the summer garden.
