Pepper 'Ancho' 4 Inch

Availability: In stock (10)

This Ancho pepper is actually a poblano chili, one of the mildest (only 1000 - 2000 Scoville heat units) of the hot peppers. That said, even this mild pepper can have a bite to it if overall temps are high and watering is reduced. Fully mature Ancho peppers are about 3" - 6" long and will be a brownish green. Harvest peppers as they ripen to encourage more flowers and thus more peppers.
