CloseWhen people think of topiaries, visions of magnificent outdoor gardens often come to mind. This dwarf sweet myrtle will satisfy an indoor gardener's yen for shaping greenery into pleasing and/or unique shapes. A slow grower, it can also be made into a bonsai, given time, lots of indirect light, and patience. Sweet myrtle will do well outdoors in the summer with filtered sun, but it definitely needs to move indoors in the fall. Place it away from heater vents and fireplaces, in well-lighted rooms, and water when the soil surface begins to dry.
