'Tauerii' is a smaller version of the monstera we all know and love, getting "only" four to six feet tall. Provide supports for best results.

CloseWe have heard several stories of monsteras becoming so large, they either outgrew or broke the supports holding them up. While 'Tauerii' is considered a dwarf version of its exuberant cousin, it can still grow four to six feet tall and about two feet wide, fulfilling the indoor gardener's desire for a "monster" plant while not taking over the house. Nicknamed Swiss Cheese plant due to the random splits and holes in the heart-shaped leaves, this variety will do best in a well-lit room and will appreciate support from moss poles or a trellis. Water thoroughly when the top inch of soil is dry, and consider placing the pot on a pebble-filled saucer with water for added humidity.
