A pointedly different leaf shape but with the same vibrant green color and great trailing ability as its cousin, Marguerite.

CloseSay "sweet potato vine" and many gardeners instantly envision 'Marguerite,' with large, chartreuse green, heart-shaped foliage cascading down the sides of hanging baskets. We're here to tell you that there are several other versions of this phenomenal trailing vine, one of which is 'Sweet Caroline Bewitched Green with Envy.' While a slightly shorter trailer than the classic 'Marguerite,' this variety has the same green coloring and heart-shaped leaf, but with an erratically serrated edge, adding another layer of texture to summer container planters and hanging baskets. 'Sweet Caroline Bewitched Green with Envy (whew, what a mouthful!) mounds up before trailing up to 30 inches long, so it can serve a dual purpose of filling a container before spilling over the edge.
