CloseConsider pairing this Wax Vine with other hoyas or even succulents for a fun, lush planter. Train this Hoya Australis up a decorative support (heart-shaped? Circular? How about a small obelisk?) and plant other hoya varieties around the base to trail over the sides of the pot. They all need the same growing conditions - lots of indirect light (the more the better for flower production), deep but infrequent watering, well-draining soil, and a bit higher than normal humidity - so what keeps one variety happy should make them all grow their best. This would also be a pet-friendly planter, but best to keep the trailing stems out of the mouths of curious pets (or humans), for the plants would suffer.
