Wallflowers are a great early spring perennial in areas with milder winters (zone 7). 'Apricot Twist' Wallflower, also known as Shrubby Wallflower, has denser branches, providing a much fuller look. Fragrant orange blooms stand above the foliage, opening in the spring and continuing into the early summer.
