CloseVariegated String of Hearts is a little charmer, with heart-shaped leaves trailing down stems that seem to never end. The succulent-like leaves are mottled green with cream and pink edges. The pink tones become more prominent when the plant is given ample indirect light. While Variegated String of Hearts is a succulent, it does best with a thorough watering when the top inch of soil is dry. This specimen seemingly grows straight down, so consider planting it on the edge of pots or hanging baskets. Given enough light, Variegated String of Hearts may produce small, cigar-shaped flowers in the spring and summer, but keep out of direct sun.
