CloseFrosty Curls sedge, also known as New Zealand Hair Sedge, is one of those versatile garden plants that fulfills often divergent needs. Extremely tolerant of wet areas, 'Frosty Curls' sedge is also drought tolerant once established, so it's as happy being planted along the edges of ponds or in boggy areas as it is in areas that get only occasional watering.
