CloseWe're confident that 'Blond Ambition' Blue Grama Grass will satisfy gardeners who love the look of some of the taller perennial grasses but prefer a smaller, more graceful profile. Fine green foliage will grow up to two feet tall with the distinctive blond seed head "flags" rising even higher in the summer. 'Blond Ambition' is drought-tolerant once established, making it a fine specimen for rock gardens, dryscapes, and those areas of the garden that may receive less irrigation. Green seed heads emerge on tall, tough stems and gradually turn blond, providing visual interest to the garden in the fall and winter. Cut back foliage in early spring to make way for fresh growth.
