CloseUnlike outdoor summer gardens, year-round, indoor gardens are primarily about foliage. Leaf texture, size, color, and growth habits are some of the main considerations when adding to the indoor landscape, and we're confident that the Polka Dot Plant is a worthy option. Glossy, elongated, dark green leaves are spotted with silvery-white dots in random patterns, contrasting dramatically with the dark reddish/purple undersides. Eventually growing to about two feet tall, the Polka Dot Plant can stand on its own or share pot space with ferns, cyclamen, or trailing houseplants. Give it lots of indirect light, water thoroughly when the surface soil is dry, and mist periodically (or use a humidifier) to keep this beauty happy.
