CloseDescribing flower colors is often tricky, as many blues look purple, oranges are more pink or salmon, and reds can range from an almost pink tone to deep red. 'Lanai Green Apple' Verbena does not produce a truly green flower, but more a cream with green overtones, and some people may even call it yellow. Nomenclature aside, this variety is a fun addition to hanging baskets, container planters, or garden borders, mounding up to 10 inches, then trailing up to two feet. Flower clusters start in late spring and keep going right up to freeze.
