Trailing red verbena that can stand the heat of summer, right up until freeze. Cardinal red flowers are standouts in hanging baskets.

Close'Endurascape Red' verbena is a fabulous true red addition to both container planters and hanging baskets. Mounding to about 12 inches before spilling over the sides of container planters (or over retaining walls in the garden), verbena thrive in the sun and, with deadheading to keep things tidy, will bloom right up to fall frost. The 'Endurascape' series of verbena have been bred to endure summer heat and winter cold down into the teens, with the possibility of it reblooming in the spring. We typically treat it as an annual here in the Pacific NW, but it could bounce back in the spring if given shelter.
