CloseOriginally grown as a medicinal herb (digestive aid), Wall Germander is often overlooked as an ornamental. This low-growing perennial usually maintains its bright green foliage during Pacific NW winters, making it a great addition to year-round planters and hanging baskets, as well as in borders. Pink, springtime flowers attract bees and butterflies, but 'Summer Sunshine' germander isn't a favorite of deer. Drought tolerant once established, germander does well in rock gardens and dry scapes.
